Gentle Yoga Classes

The Yoga Pond hosts Gentle Yoga classes bi-weekly at the Kakowan Community Facility in Bunya. Suitable for both beginners and seasoned practitioners, these friendly and accessible one hour classes feature mindful movement to gently stretch and strengthen, relaxation and breathing techniques to bring calm and focus. 

Classes are held each Monday 6:15pm and Wednesday 10.00am.

Casual/walk-ins are always welcome, however spaces are limited to a maximum of 10 students, if you’d like to book in to ensure your place, please follow the link here.
