Gentle Yoga
Suitable for both beginners and seasoned practitioners, these friendly and accessible one hour classes feature mindful movement to gently stretch and strengthen, relaxation and breathing techniques to bring calm and focus.
Come along to a class at the beautiful Kakowan Community Facility in Bunya on a Monday at 6.15pm, Wednesday at 10.00am or Friday at 10.00am.
Book in to one class, or purchase a 5 class pass or a 10 class pass and then make your booking using the coupon code given.
Gift Certificates are also now available for Class Passes.
Kids Yoga
Kids Yoga Classes will re-commence at the Kakowan in Term 2 in 2025.
